If you would like to upload or download a file to our FTP site, you can do
it in two ways:
- using an FTP program (preferred)
- using a browser, such as Internet Explorer or Netscape.
After you have uploaded your files, please call your customer service
representative or salesperson to let them know that your files are ready.

using an FTP program
When using an FTP program such as Fetch (for mac) or AbsoluteFTP (for PC)
to upload your files, please enter the following information:
Host name: ftp.puritanpress.com
Username: files
Password: please call 800-635-6302
for a password.
Port: 21
Initial directory: [leave
blank]
uploading files through a browser
Please call us for a password, then click
here to download or upload a file using
Internet Explorer or Netscape.
